It’s the start of a new year, and many of us have assessed the plans and strategies we want to apply in our businesses during 2023. HubSpot is a crucial component of NEXA's general strategy, which is seeking to maximise the use of all the technology we employ, and we’re excited to share some of the newest features HubSpot has launched for 2023. Let's explore some of the new features the platform now provides.
WhatsApp for Businesses
HubSpot has introduced a Whatsapp for Business integration, which, in addition to allowing customers to share and receive WhatsApp messages directly from HubSpot, also enables businesses to send automated WhatsApp messages.
Inbound Calling Feature
In the US, UK, and Canada, HubSpot has also introduced an inbound calling feature that is presently in beta. This means you can have a centralised HubSpot contact number for your company, which can be linked to your mobile or landline. Additionally, the platform now allows users to monitor these incoming calls.
Social Media Publishing
HubSpot users can now publish to social media using the HubSpot mobile app. With this feature, posts can be created, scheduled, and edited directly from your phone. The mobile feature is available on iOS and Android for HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise accounts
Customised Customer Journey
Finally, HubSpot now allows clients to tailor how they monitor the customer journey. The lifecycle stage can be customised to better suit your business and desired customer path. Additionally, HubSpot has made the solution simpler and given users more power over automating the lifecycle stage setting.
These new features are set to further advance both the HubSpot platform and your business. Get in touch with us to put these new features to use and get the most out of this CRM tool.
