Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) is a multi-award winning venue offering organisers of exhibitions, conferences and events outstanding facilities spread over a total space of 142,226 square metres. A comprehensive venue solution for medium and large conferences, it boasts restaurants, cafes, shops, a stunning outdoor grandstand and an impressive Marina. 

Challenge
Nexa were engaged to plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness and generate exhibitor leads for the upcoming Abu Dhabi International Boat Show. With a very niche and targeted audience, it was important that exhibitors understood the benefits of exhibiting at ADNEC as opposed to competing events such as the Monaco Yacht Show.

Solution 
As part of the execution of the lead generation campaign we introduced ADNEC to HubSpot. We customised the HubSpot CRM in accordance with ADNEC internal processes and trained disparate teams to analyse and report on their daily activity. 

In order to drive leads at scale we delivered a detailed content marketing and paid media strategy, which sent traffic to high-value downloadable content hosted on a unique HubSpot-powered landing page. We also prepared sales and marketing case studies for future use.

Results

  • 128% more clicks and 132% more leads than projected
  • 60% lower cost-per-lead than projected
